Daiko is a well-known Japanese fishing tackle company. Daikin is a well-known Japanese brand of climate technology. What do these two companies have to do with Daiko climate technology? A technique is being sold that is consonant with these Japanese brands, which has just as little relation to Japan. But often you can find: Daiko air conditioner - Japanese tradition of quality. Or already quite outrageous fantasies of salesmen: We do not know exactly what the Japanese manufacturer of fishing tackle has to do with the production of climatic equipment ... We know for sure - none.
So, Daiko is a trade mark registered on the territory of Ukraine. No official sources on its origin or structure can be found. There is no official address, no office, the site of the "brand" gives a footnote only to the phone number of the contact line. There is not even a general distributor through whom external contact is usually made in such cases.
Those. this is a standard business cycle. They register a trade mark, place orders, mainly at Chinese factories, and then sell Chinese consumer goods under a new "brand", in this case with a specific consonant with the Japanese name.
From the product line, in addition to air conditioning systems, it is proposed to buy heat accumulators and pyrolysis boilers.
The location of the production facilities is also unknown. Most likely, there is no own production at all. Perhaps some of the products are produced at local Ukrainian factories. Because the complexity of welding boilers and heat storage tanks is much lower than the production of rocket and aerodynamic equipment at the vacated capacities of many similar plants.
The main market for Daiko's products is also the territory of Ukraine. In other countries, the products of this brand are poorly represented or not represented at all. Nevertheless, in the CIS countries, especially in Russia, such products can be found.

It occupies the lowest price niche with the corresponding quality and seller's guarantees. A distinctive feature is the increased warranty. The company gives a guarantee for products up to 5 years: 2 years for replacement and another 3 years for free repair. At least that's how advertised.

Presented by two models of floor and ceiling split systems. Designed for cooling rooms with an area of 100 - 150 sq. M. Additional characteristics cannot be found. It is likely that they have already been removed and are no longer available.

- Daiko Premium. The abbreviation is denoted by PR symbols. The most budgetary series, nothing more. Compressor start-stop control. Unpretentious design. Extensions - ionizer and carbon filter;
- Daiko Premium +. Also referred to in the abbreviation PR. They do not differ by the name of the series. An improved version of the previous model. Slightly less angular design. A liquid crystal display is installed on the unit under the outer cover.Filters improved. Reduced sound pressure;
- Daiko Lux +. The abbreviation is denoted by CN symbols. Starting with the luxury series, it makes sense to consider a daiko air conditioner for purchase. The difference in price is insignificant, but the series is the most completed in terms of design, characteristics, and reliability. The compressor control method is classic - start-stop. Although there are no special additional features. All the same simple device that operates mainly in two modes - cooling / heating;
- Daiko Inverter. The main difference from the previous series is the inverter compressor control. Naturally, the model is more economical. It also differs in appearance, but the design of the last three series is made in the same way. The cost of the series is already noticeably higher.
