An electric or infrared warm floor is an excellent thing, it is quickly mounted and makes it possible to heat a home, but you cannot heat water from it. Therefore, if you just want to provide your home with additional heat, then choose a warm floor, if you live outside the city, or you have constant interruptions in hot water supply, then a boiler.
