- drill or hammer drill;
- two computer fans (or one if there is one hole).
Using a drill, make a hole equal to the diameter of the fan. As a rule, the fencing of the balconies is made of concrete. Therefore, a carbide drill or hammer drill is needed.
To activate the movement of air in the supply ventilation of the balcony, we insert a fan into the hole. One will be directed to the air supply, the other to the outflow.
