• supply and exhaust. It is also called reversible. It is the most versatile type, capable of both supplying and removing fresh air. The flow is switched by changing the direction of movement of the fan blades. The use of such a device is varied: these are garages, and kitchens, and rooms and many other rooms where intensive air exchange is required. The operating mode is signaled by a special indication located on the device case;
• for ease of use, models for windows with a switch-off timer have already appeared on the market.

• volume of work. Devices emitting more than 30 dB noise are not comfortable for use in residential premises.However, it is important to remember that absolutely silent structures of this type simply do not exist;

The disadvantages of this device include:

1. To install a reversing device, first of all, it is required to replace ordinary glass with a stronger material. These works are preparatory and are carried out before the start of installation. In the prepared sheet, an area for the fan housing is marked and cut out, as well as holes for fastening the device.
2. The prepared glass or cardboard is installed in the frame and securely fixed there.

4. This is followed by the connection of the electrical cord and its output through the network loop, followed by connection to the electrical outlet.

During installation, the following nuances should be taken into account:

• if the window into which the fan is to be installed is plastic, then it is more expedient to order the installation of the device during the manufacture of the window. Then a special window with a prepared hole will be immediately made in it. With self-installation, there is a risk of violation of the integrity and tightness of the window sash;
• fastening to ordinary glass is prohibited, since during the operation of the device it can crack and even collapse.
