Installation of exhaust ventilation through the wall to the street is simple: a hole is made in the wall, holes for fasteners around it. A fan is attached to the inside, screwed to the wall. And the last step of installation is the installation of the grill on the pipe from the street side, i.e. its conclusion. As a rule, before installing the fan, electrical wires are connected.

The wiring should be carried out to the switchboard located closest to the fan. For those who doubt their own knowledge of the electrical part, it is better to entrust the connection to a specialist.
If the outdoor exhaust ventilation is installed in a bathroom, the wiring can be connected to the lighting.
Thus, the hood will turn on when the light is turned on. You can equip the fan with an additional timer and it will stop on its own, after a specified time after turning off the light. Some owners prefer to power the fan through a separate switch using a separate wiring lead.
