Both systems contain a new type of chimney fitting that has three rows of holes and therefore more air gaps. As a result, thermal insulation is not required, even at high temperatures. Isostatic and ceramic inserts prevent excessive flue gas build-up and are resistant to acids, humidity, corrosion and high temperatures. Unlike refractory inserts, they also resist direct flame better and do not crack. They are suitable for all types of fuel, even when using a low quality boiler.

The HELUZ Profi rehabilitation kit can also be used for the quick reconstruction of a dilapidated pipe. In this case, the chimney will be repaired using a double-walled stainless steel repair piece, which is equipped with thermal insulation and allows you to change from the old square pipe to a new one with a round profile. It does not contain any specific elements that can transmit high temperatures from the inside to the outside of the chimney. The chimney body does not heat up. By using the retrofit kit, you get a modern and certified rear-vented chimney.

The main decision when using the configurator is whether you want the chimney to be classic, ceramic or stainless. Then you choose from specific types of Schiedel chimney systems, depending on your needs, you will determine the specifics.

For example, if you choose a “Schiedel Absolut” chimney, to which you can connect electrical appliances to all types of fuel, in the second step you will determine whether it is a chimney with one or two chimneys.
